The Induction Hardening System (VEL/IH Series) is specially designed for Induction Hardening of components such as Pin, Rollers, Flats, Rails, Slew rings, ropedrums etc on turnkey basis complete with

  • Induction Power Source of varying power capacities ranging from 50 to 400 kW consisting of Line Chokes, Thyristorized Fullwave Rectifier, DC link, IGBT based Voltage-Fed Series Inverter auto tuned to Resonant Frequency ranging from 1 to 400kHz, Microcontroller (µC) based electronics controls, Protection/Trip circuits, Interlocks, Output Matching Transformer, Inductor Assembly etc.
  • CNC/PLC based servo motor driven Vertical / Horizontal Scanner of 200mm to 6000mm length to provide precision control of scan speed 0-100mm/sec & position with job rotation facility with varying rotation speed of 0-300rpm. CNC / PLC based servo motor driven Rotary Scanners specially designed for jobs such as pulleys, slew rings, ropedrums etc. It incorporates required automation, sequence of operation, display & storage of all parameters etc.
  • Semi-Automated/ Fully Automated job loading/unloading facility (optional)
