Vertical scanning fixture:
Vertical scanning fixtures is used for progressive and selective induction
hardening of cylindrical jobs such as shafts, splines,
rolls, etc. vertically

MaxLength : upto 3000mm

Horizontal scanning fixture:
Horizontal scanning fixtures is used for progressive induction
hardening of cylindrical jobs such as shafts, splines,
rolls, etc. horizontally
MaxDiameter : upto 50mm
MaxLength : upto 5000mm

Vel Robot
Vel Robot is used for fully automatic induction hardening of automobile components. Loading, unloading and processing is done precisely throught CNC or PLC systems.
